Terms of Service

1. Identity of the Service Provider

CANADAV is a brand for document preparation and administrative assistance services. It operates the canadav.com website, and the services are provided by NML CORP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 13134789, with its registered office at 91 Waterloo Road, Office No. 9.17 11c, London, SE1 8RT, United Kingdom. Contact email: [email protected].

2. Scope of Services

We provide specific administrative services that help clients prepare the documents required for visa applications or immigration procedures to Canada, including document checklists, arranging documents, administratively verifying the completeness of information, technical assistance in entering the information supplied by the client into forms, and preparing organized files for the client or their authorized representative.

Each package description specifies the type of procedure, the number of persons covered, the work and deliverables, the number of document-completion rounds, and the performance period and when it starts. A package does not include additional services or other procedures unless they are expressly listed in the order confirmation. Any change in scope or price requires the written agreement of both parties before it is carried out.

3. Limits of the Service and No Immigration Advice

CANADAV is an independent private entity, and is not part of the Government of Canada or Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), and is not an entity authorized to make immigration decisions. Unless provided through a legally authorized person under a separate and declared arrangement, our services do not include assessing immigration eligibility, choosing an immigration strategy on the client's behalf, providing legal advice or individual immigration advice, representation before the authorities, or claiming any special ability to influence decisions.

If the client needs advice or representation that requires a license, they should engage an authorized Canadian representative. Our administrative work does not replace that. Any transfer of the client's file to an authorized representative is limited to the client's consent and agreement with that representative, in accordance with the law.

4. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee the issuance of a visa, work permit, or permanent residence, the acceptance of an Express Entry profile, the receipt of an invitation to apply, processing speed, or the success of any application. All official decisions rest with the competent authorities. This does not limit our commitment to performing our administrative services as described and with the required care and skill.

5. Prices and Payments

The cost of each package, the currency, any applicable taxes, and the final total are displayed before payment. The service fee is paid once, and no subscription or automatic renewal is created except with separate and express consent to clear terms. No add-ons are charged without prior acceptance. Government, examination, translation, and third-party fees remain separate unless the service offer expressly states otherwise.

The client receives a confirmation that includes the services covered, the deliverables, the duration, the price, the currency, and the cancellation terms in force at the time of purchase.

6. Start of Work and Timeframes

The performance period stated in the package starts when the required essential data and documents are received in full, and after the conditions for starting performance during the cancellation period are met where applicable. We confirm the start of work and the expected delivery date. The document preparation time does not reflect the processing time of an immigration application at IRCC or any official body.

If there is a shortage of documents, we notify the client of what is missing, and the timetable is agreed accordingly. Extensions or additional fees are not imposed automatically without agreement.

7. Responsibility for Information and Documents

The client undertakes to provide accurate, current, and complete information about themselves and the covered beneficiaries, and to be authorized to share their documents. A parent or authorized guardian provides children's information. Any forms prepared with the assistance of our team are presented to the client for review and correction before any use or submission. We do not create false certificates or facts and do not alter documents in a misleading manner.

8. Privacy

The Privacy Policy published on the CANADAV website governs how personal data and documents are handled. Acceptance of the Terms of Service is not automatic consent to marketing or non-essential cookies, and required consents are requested separately.

9. Cancellation, Refunds, and Complaints

The Cancellation and Refund Policy published on the site applies. For complaints, use [email protected], preferably explaining the issue and the order number. We respond within 5 business days and explain the follow-up options in writing.

10. Governing Law and Amendments

The laws of England and Wales govern the contractual relationship to the extent permitted by law, without prejudice to consumer protection rights, mandatory rules, and jurisdiction rules that may apply to the client. Subsequent updates to the site are not a binding amendment to a prior order without a legal basis or valid consent.
